Australian Venue Co. on the Sunshine Coast is seeking experienced hospitality managers to lead our venues, including Chancellors Tavern, Currimundi Hotel, Sands Tavern, Surfair Cellars, Surfair and Kings Beach Tavern.

We are hiring for Venue Managers, Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers. Competitive salary, KPI-based bonuses, ongoing leadership training, staff discounts and clear career progression across AVC.

Qualifikationen

• Previous leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality venue.
• Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming where applicable.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance.
• Hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Current RSA, RSG and relevant qualifications for the role.
