Job summary

AVC Operations Pty Limited is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to manage venues on the Sunshine Coast. Roles include Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager across Chancellors Tavern, Currimundi Hotel, Sands Tavern, Surfair Cellars, Surfair and Kings Beach Tavern.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality venue.
• Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming where applicable.

• Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance.
• Hands-on leadership style with an eye for results.
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Current RSA, RSG and relevant qualifications for the role.
