Job summary

Aruma is seeking a capable Manager for Shared Living in Wangaratta to lead a team of Support Workers and oversee services across our Shared Living homes. The role focuses on safe, empowering, person-centred support and high-quality outcomes in a regional setting.

You will drive workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and service delivery in line with our values, while contributing to a supportive leadership culture and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in disability, aged care, health or community services.
• Ability to manage operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to inclusion, dignity and person-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of Support Workers
• Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
• Ensure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practice
• Partner with residents, families, advocates and stakeholders
• Support positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practices
• Oversee workforce planning, rosters and service delivery
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies and quality requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
