Aruma in Lake Illawarra seeks a Manager Shared Living to lead disability support services across the region. You’ll inspire a team of Support Workers, nurture resident relationships and drive service excellence to empower people to live independently and with dignity.

About the Role

As Manager Shared Living, you'll lead a portfolio of disability support services across the Lake Illawarra region. You'll inspire and develop a team of Support Workers, build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders, and drive service excellence that empowers people to live independently and achieve their goals.
