Job summary

Aruma is seeking a capable Manager Shared Living to lead a portfolio across the Lake Illawarra region. You’ll inspire a team of Support Workers, partner with families and stakeholders, and drive person-centred, outcomes-focused service delivery.

You’ll combine people leadership with operational management to create safe, inclusive homes where people with disability live well and pursue their goals within their local community.

About The Role

As Manager Shared Living, you'll lead a portfolio of disability support services across the Lake Illawarra region. You'll inspire and develop a team of Support Workers, build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders, and drive service excellence that empowers people to live independently and achieve their goals.
