Aruma, a leading Australian disability services provider, seeks an experienced Manager, Community to lead the Toowoomba/Ipswich portfolio, including a small hub and flexible supports. Aruma is seeking an experienced Manager, Community to lead our Toowoomba/Ipswich portfolio, which includes a small hub environment and flexible community supports.

About The Role

The Manager, Community is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of community-based services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers while aligning with Aruma's strategic goals and values. This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to Service Leads and frontline teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

As a key operational leader, you will oversee service delivery across a range of settings, including community hubs, respite services, customer homes, and community-based supports. You will be accountable for operational performance, financial management, workforce planning, quality outcomes, and compliance.

The successful candidate will support person-centred practices, ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality support that promotes independence, choice, and inclusion. You will also play a critical role in maintaining compliance, managing risks, and driving service excellence across your portfolio.

You Will Be Responsible For
