The Manager, Policy and Projects helps shape and deliver policies and projects that support the growth of contemporary music in NSW. The role provides evidence-based advice, manages projects from planning through to delivery and evaluation, and works closely with government, artists, venues, festivals and industry organisations to develop practical solutions and achieve positive outcomes for the sector.
The role works closely with the Senior Manager, Policy and Projects, to develop and deliver engagement and consultation processes to inform a range of policies, strategies and projects for Sound NSW and the NSW Government.
The successful candidate will be a confident policy and project professional who can turn complex information into clear advice and practical solutions. They will be comfortable managing several priorities, using evidence to make recommendations and taking responsibility for delivering quality work on time and within budget.
