Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist for the Worldwide Manager Enablement Program in Sydney, Australia. You will drive operations across the Manager Development Program, standardising processes and partnering with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely programs.

The role focuses on participant experience, program materials, and events, with a strong emphasis on data insights, communication, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination or learning & development operations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.
• Experience producing participant-facing content and communications to a high standard.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating survey results into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions and levels.
• Experience coordinating and executing virtual and in-person events or workshops.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Keynote, Numbers, Quip).

Responsibilities

• Execute the Manager Development Program at scale by standardising elements and improving operational efficiencies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve goals and manage complex program issues.
• Document program strategy, objectives and deliverables; monitor progress against plan.
• Develop and maintain a detailed plan to track all program elements.
• Build and maintain the program website and participant materials.
• Support data analysis and communication of survey insights to stakeholders.
• Support execution of face-to-face and virtual events and workshops.
