Job summary

Apple seeks a Program Specialist to join the Worldwide Manager Enablement Program Team in Sydney. You will support the Manager Development Program lifecycle, coordinating multiple workstreams from design to delivery of events and workshops.

You will develop participant-facing materials, analyze feedback, and ensure timely execution of all program activities while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination or learning & development operations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience producing participant-facing content and communications to a high standard.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating survey results into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for partnering across functions.
• Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person events or workshops.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Keynote, Numbers, Quip).

Responsibilities

• Execute the program at scale by standardising elements and pursuing operational efficiencies.
• Partner with internal teams to achieve goals and manage complex issues.
• Communicate progress against deliverables for on-time completion.
• Document program strategy and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a detailed plan to monitor all program elements.
• Bring creative, outside-the-box thinking to resolve complex issues.
