Job summary

Apple seeks a Program Specialist to join the Worldwide Manager Enablement Program Team in Sydney. You will support the Manager Development Program lifecycle, coordinating multiple workstreams from design to delivery of events and workshops.

You will develop participant-facing materials, analyze feedback, and ensure timely execution of all program activities while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination or learning & development operations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience producing participant-facing content and communications to a high standard.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating survey results into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for partnering across functions.
• Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person events or workshops.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Keynote, Numbers, Quip).

We are looking for a Program Specialist to join our Worldwide Manager Enablement Program Team.

Description

As a member of the Worldwide Learning & Development Team, in the capacity of a Program Specialist for the Manager Development Program:

Operations

• Execute the program at scale by standardising programmatic elements and identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.
• Partner with internal partners to achieve goals, including strong program and project management of complex issues.
• Handle and communicate progress against deliverables as needed for successful on-time program completion.
• Document program strategy and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a detailed plan to monitor and track all program elements.
• Bring ‘outside the box’ thinking to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Participant experience, design and execution

• Provide top-level, actionable insight into the performance of the program throughout its lifecycle.
• Provide project management, ensuring all Manager Enablement Program initiatives, events and workshops are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
• Build and maintain the program website
• Development of participant-facing program materials in collaboration with program manager.
• Support with the analysis of data and communication of survey insights in collaboration with program manager.
• Support the execution of face-to-face and virtual events and workshops.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, project management, or learning & development operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience producing participant-facing content and communications to a high standard
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate survey results into clear, actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner across functions and levels
• Experience coordinating and executing both virtual and in-person events or workshops
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Keynote, Numbers, Quip, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Learning & Development or People team within a global organisation
• Familiarity with manager or leadership development content and frameworks
• Experience building and maintaining internal websites or program microsites
• Background working in a sales or go-to-market environment
• Exposure to AI and emerging learning technologies and how they can enhance program delivery
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
