Job summary

Apple in Sydney is seeking a Program Specialist to join the Worldwide Manager Enablement Program Team. You will support program design, execution, and stakeholder coordination across global teams.

In this role, you will manage multiple workstreams, develop participant-facing materials, analyze survey data, and help deliver both virtual and in-person events. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination or L&D operations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.
• Experience producing participant-facing content and communications.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating survey results into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication across functions.
• Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events.
• Familiar with PM tools such as Keynote, Numbers and Quip.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Manager Development Program at scale with standardized elements and efficiencies.
• Partner with internal teams to achieve program goals and manage complex issues.
• Communicate progress against deliverables for on-time completion.
• Document program strategy and objectives; maintain a detailed plan.
• Develop participant materials and support data-driven insights.
• Support face-to-face and virtual events and workshops.
