Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in operations, program management, or partner management in payments/fintech/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs with Business Development, Technical, Marketing and Legal teams to optimise partnerships and user experience across Wallet services.
• Lead onboarding of partners onto the Apple Pay platform, including governance, cadence with payment networks, and process design.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with external partners and internal teams to address operational needs.
• Coordinate and deliver complex operational projects, managing timelines and dependencies.
• Support enablement of new platform features and manage billing, reporting and testing with partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to review partner UI/UX and customer communications to meet Apple standards.
• Analyse processes and tools to identify improvements and drive implementation.
