Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead radiographers and staff in the West metro region, ensuring a high-quality imaging service for patients and referrers across our clinics.

You will oversee staffing, organise ongoing education, coordinate with radiologists and modality leaders, and foster a culture of patient-centred care while expanding community networks across Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong and Warrnambool.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training.
• Extensive experience and competency in mammography.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to patients and referrers.
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; rostering across the region.
• Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to ensure high service provision.
• Establishment and development of networks to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction.
