Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead radiography staff across the West metro region, ensuring high-quality imaging services for patients and referrers. The role demands strong communication, organisation, and a patient-first mindset to drive service excellence.

You will oversee staffing, education, and liaison with radiologists and management, while fostering community networks and engagement to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
• Proven leadership with staff training experience.
• Extensive mammography experience.
• Demonstrated patients-first approach to service provision.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to patients and referrers.
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels for the clinic; rostering with site managers in the region.
• Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management for high-level service provision.
• Establishment and development of networks in the community to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction.
