Job summary

Lake Imaging seeks a Mammography Supervisor to guide Radiographers and staff, ensuring high-quality imaging services and patient care across the West metro region.

You will lead rostering, staff development and education, liaise with Radiologists, and drive community engagement to enhance client understanding and satisfaction. This role suits an experienced radiographer stepping into supervision while preserving patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
• Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training.
• Extensive experience and competency in mammography.
• Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers.
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; rostering with site managers across the region.
• Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to ensure high level of service provision.
• Establishment and development of networks in the community to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction.
