Lake Imaging in Victoria is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead Radiographers and staff across the West metro region, ensuring a high-quality imaging service and patient care.

You will supervise staffing, coordinate ongoing education, liaise with radiologists, and drive service excellence while fostering community relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and staff training experience.
• Extensive mammography experience and a patient-first approach.
• Clear communication and organisation skills; commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead Radiographers and staff to deliver high-quality imaging services.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and rostering across the West metro region.
• Coordinate ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
• liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to maintain service standards.
• Develop networks in the community to enhance client understanding and satisfaction.
