Job summary

Integral Diagnostics (IDX) invites applications for a Mammography Supervisor to lead radiographers and staff, ensuring high-quality imaging services in the West metro region. The role focuses on supervision, staffing, and continuous service improvement to support patient care.

Ideal candidates will hold a Medical Imaging degree with AHPRA registration, have proven leadership, strong mammography experience, and a patient-first approach. Police and Working with Children checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; rostering needs across the region
• Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management team to ensure high level of service provision
• Establishment and development of networks in the community to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction

About The Role

Lake Imaging has an exciting opportunity available for a Mammography Supervisor to provide supervision and direction to the Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered in the West metro region.

Responsibilities

You will need to be a demonstrated leader who possesses excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as being motivated and dedicated to drive a strong culture of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; working alongside other site managers for rostering needs throughout the region.
• Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management team to ensure high level of service provision.
• Establishment and development of networks in the community with the aim of facilitating client understanding and satisfaction

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration
• Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training
