Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead Radiographers and staff in the West metro region, ensuring a high-quality imaging service for patients and referrers. You will supervise, coordinate rostering, and drive professional development in a collaborative environment.

The role requires a degree in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration, proven leadership, and extensive mammography experience. A patient-first approach, Police Check and Working with Children Check are required.

Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lake Imaging has an exciting opportunity available for a Mammography Supervisor to provide supervision and direction to the Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered in the West metro region. You will need to be a demonstrated leader who possesses excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as being motivated and dedicated to drive a strong culture of high-quality patient care.

• Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; working alongside other site managers for rostering needs throughout the region.
• Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management team to ensure high level of service provision.
• Establishment and development of networks in the community with the aim of facilitating client understanding and satisfaction

ABOUT YOU

• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration
