Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead Radiographers and staff in the West metro region, ensuring a high-quality imaging service for patients and referrers. You will supervise, coordinate rostering, and drive professional development in a collaborative environment.

The role requires a degree in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration, proven leadership, and extensive mammography experience. A patient-first approach, Police Check and Working with Children Check are required.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
• Proven leadership ability and staff training experience.
• Extensive experience and competency in mammography.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality, efficient medical imaging service for patients and referrers.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and rostering across the region.
• Coordinate ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management for high service levels.
• Establish and develop community networks to drive client understanding and satisfaction.
