Scentre Group in Melbourne seeks a Leasing Executive to manage kiosk leasing across four Westfield destinations in VIC, working with retailers, landlords and internal teams to secure quality brands and optimise space.

The role requires proven retail leasing experience, strong negotiation skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes and partnerships across our VIC portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leasing with a shopping centre landlord, operator, or agency.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing leases.
• Commercial acumen with ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and develop leasing strategies.
• Exceptional relationship management to build long-term partnerships with retailers.
• Proactive, resilient, self-motivated and able to take ownership from concept to completion.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with internal stakeholders across design, development, operations and legal.

Leasing Executive - Kiosks

Kiosk Leasing aligns with Leasing and Retail Solutions to activate the Common Mall. The team helps brands test concepts, scale quickly and connect with customers through flexible formats that bring energy into each destination. They create commercial opportunities that lift asset value and enhance customer experience.

Your Opportunity:

We’re seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to manage kiosk leasing across four Westfield destinations in our VIC portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leasing professional looking to step into a market-leading organisation, with a clear pathway to progress into shop leasing and broader portfolio roles within our business.

You’ll play a key role in driving commercial outcomes, enhancing retailer relationships, and delivering the right mix of brands to maximise performance across your centres.

• Retail leasing experience with a shopping centre landlord, operator, or as an agent representing owners or retail groups
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to structure and close deals that deliver superior financial results
• Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop effective leasing strategies
• Exceptional relationship management – you understand retailers’ needs and can build trusted, long-term partnerships
• A proactive and resilient mindset – you’re self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership of projects from concept to completion
• A team-first attitude – you enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders in design, development, operations, and legal to deliver the best outcomes
