Nexus Recruit Personnel is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established production and manufacturing site in Toowoomba. The role focuses on preventative and reactive maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly while prioritising safety and reliability.

You will collaborate with operators and leaders to minimise downtime, diagnose mechanical faults, and contribute to continuous improvement in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• General mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance & repairs on manufacturing production lines.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or food-processing environments an advantage.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and the confidence to work independently.
