FixedPP Pty Ltd in Mascot, NSW, is seeking a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter or Fitter & Turner for a day shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). Join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment focused on preventative maintenance, reliability and reducing downtime.

You will perform preventative and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, calibrate equipment, coordinate changeovers, and liaise with suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter or Fitter & Turner.
• Experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Hands-on approach with safety and minimising downtime.

We're recruiting for a well-established FMCG manufacturer looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter & Turner to join their team at their Mascot facility.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance across plant, equipment and production machinery

Troubleshooting mechanical issues and minimising unplanned downtime

Maintaining and servicing machinery to ensure safe, reliable operation

Completing equipment calibration in line with maintenance schedules

What We're Looking For

Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter or Fitter & Turner
