Job summary

Downer is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support Baldivis & Harrisdale Shopping Centres. You will coordinate daily facilities operations, liaise with contractors, and maintain asset registers while ensuring safety and compliance on site.

The role reports to the Facilities Manager and contributes to high‑quality service delivery for our clients. You will bring experience in facilities coordination, strong organisation, WH&S knowledge, and proficient use of MS Office and scheduling tools to

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination and scheduling of contractors/internal trades.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Sound knowledge of WH&S and compliance requirements.
• Confident communication with contractors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance across sites.

• Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

This long‑term partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high‑quality services at scale.

We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective management of Baldivis & Harrisdale Shopping Centres.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes for our client and our communities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites
• Liaise with contractors to schedule, supervise and quality‑check works
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules and compliance documentation
• Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support health, safety and emergency response activities on site
