Job summary

Boral Limited in Sydney is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance planning and work management across NSW quarry operations. You will work with Quarry Managers, Maintenance Supervisors and site teams to support safe, reliable and efficient maintenance execution.

The role offers hands-on experience in planning and asset management, with exposure to CMMS systems, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in heavy industry.
• Proficient with CMMS and asset management reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfort with multiple sites and travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and monthly asset care across NSW quarry operations.
• Prepare and distribute maintenance schedules and work plans.
• Create, prioritise and close out work orders with accurate records.
• Assist site teams with planning requirements and resource coordination.
• Maintain Maximo data integrity and generate maintenance performance reports.
• Align maintenance plans with operational priorities and production needs.
• Identify scheduling issues and support process improvements.
