Job summary

Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Officer for a major residential home builder on the Sunshine Coast. The role covers servicing Service and Warranty works with progression toward a Site Supervisor position.

• Eye for detail and good varied tradesman skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing work orders across multiple new home build sites.
• Attending client homes, assessing works and rectifying defects.
• Coordinating with other trades to complete work to a high quality and standard.
• Patching, painting, plastering, carpentry and other maintenance work.
• Updating CRM systems and coordinating with office staff.

About the Position

A rare opportunity currently exists for a Maintenance Officer to join them in a Sunshine Coast area servicing Service and Warranty new home builds. Career progression is also available to eventually progress to a Site Supervisor role! Responsibilities will include:

• Managing work orders across multiple new home build sites
• Attending client homes, assessing works and rectifying defects
• Coordinating with other trades to complete work to a high quality and standard
• Patching, painting, plastering, carpentry and other maintenance work
• Updating CRM systems and applications and coordinating with office staff
