Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Follow maintenance schedules to ensure proper upkeep
• Perform routine tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating machinery and cleaning equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Full-time Maintenance Officer to join our team at Good Shepherd Lodge. The Maintenance Officer will join a team of motivated and experienced maintenance staff who are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all equipment, buildings, and facilities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A trade qualification in Electrical (or similar) would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
• Follow maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters, lubricating machinery, and cleaning equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed

Qualifications:
