Job summary

Nobul Recruitment is seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to join a well established FMCG/food manufacturer in Sydney's Inner Western suburbs. Permanent night shifts, across Parramatta and Blacktown, with overtime opportunities and long-term employment directly with our clients.

You will be responsible for maintaining production machinery, responding to breakdowns and ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably throughout the night shift, as part of an established maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate III in Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial / FMCG environments.
• Strong fault-finding and breakdown maintenance capabilities.
• Experience maintaining production machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Autonomous work style and team collaboration.
• Welding and fabrication experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical breakdown response, fault finding and repairs.
• Carrying out preventative and scheduled maintenance.
• Maintaining production machinery, conveyors and automated equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults.
• Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes and drive systems.
• Welding, fabrication and machining where required.
• Supporting continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives.

Seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to join a well established FMCG / food manufacturer operations in Sydney's Inner Western suburbs.
With multiple permanent vacancies available across the Parramatta and Blacktown areas, we're looking for mechanically minded fitters who can support busy production environments and keep machinery operating efficiently.

The Role
