Job summary

Agrifutures in Sydney is seeking a mechanically skilled fitter to join a well-resourced manufacturing operation. The role offers ownership of maintenance across a breadth of plant and equipment, with a small team of four reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The position is ideal for a hands-on tradesperson who thrives in a reactive, busy environment and wants long-term stability with progression within a global business.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate as Mechanical Fitter & Turner or Electrical Fitter.
• Experience in manufacturing environments (food, FMCG, brewing, processing) preferred.
• Strong fault-finding ability and a hands-on, self-sufficient approach.
• Comfortable working in a reactive, fast-paced maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Join a small maintenance team of 4 reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Take ownership of maintenance across a diverse, multi-process site.
