Job summary

Kepal Building Services Pty Ltd is seeking Building Maintenance Handymen/Labourers in the Mildura region. We offer full-time roles and experienced contractors who are reliable and deliver quality workmanship in public housing maintenance, make-safe repairs, and related services.

Ideal candidates have experience in building and maintenance, essential licenses and checks (White Card, police check, WWCC), and a positive work ethic. Travel to job sites and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the building and maintenance industry.
• General building, maintenance, home and garden maintenance skills.
• Ability to complete general labouring duties, including site clean-ups.
• Ability to collect and deliver materials to job sites.
• Victorian Construction Industry OH&S Card (White Card).
• Current Full Victorian Driver’s Licence.
• Current Police Check.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements.
