Job summary

The Property Investment Store is seeking a highly organised Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator to manage maintenance and compliance across SDA properties. The role focuses on coordinating external contractors, ensuring access, and tracking works from request to completion.

You will liaise with tenants, property managers and support providers, maintaining accurate records and meeting compliance deadlines. Based at Kirrawee, Sydney, with a rate of $40–$45 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, facilities management or maintenance coordination.
• Experience with contractor management and coordinating multiple trades.
• Familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests across the portfolio.
• Book and manage external trades and contractors.
• Arrange access with tenants and relevant parties.
• Schedule regular compliance inspections and services.
• Follow up on outstanding works to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records, reports and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with property managers, tenants and contractors.
• Obtain quotations and secure approvals when required.
• Close work orders and verify contractor invoices.
