Job summary

Orica Mt. Thorley is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to keep the facility organized, compliant and operating effectively.

You will work a Monday to Friday roster, providing essential coordination and administrative support across the site, working closely with contractors and supporting inspections, compliance activities, documentation and spare-parts inventory. You will manage SAP Plant Maintenance and Enablon actions, coordinate onsite inductions and deliveries, receive goods with a forklift

Qualifications

Experience in facility coordination and administration.
Practical understanding of maintenance facility operations.
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and inventory control.
Knowledge of spare-parts inventory management.
Strong safety focus and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day facility and workshop administration activities.
To manage facility Redbook inspections and repairs in line with SAP Plant Maintenance requirements.
Maintain facility documentation and support compliance with relevant procedures and legislative requirements.
Coordinate onsite contractors, inductions and legislative inspections.
To manage Facility Enablon actions, including documentation updates and compliance requirements.
You will receive, unload and safely store deliveries using a forklift.
Support stocktakes, spare-parts inventory and goods movements in SAP.
