Job summary

Plantation Homes in Brisbane Central is seeking a Maintenance and Warranties Supervisor to lead maintenance and warranty work carried out by subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and materials across our new home projects. The role is based on-site, covering Rochedale to City, with a fully maintained vehicle, iPad and phone provided.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have a proven track record in a construction, warranty, or building supervisor position with excellent time management skills and the tendency to thrive under pressure.
• You are a professional communicator with the ability to problem solve and engage each task in a well-planned, fully accountable manner.
• Strong experience engaging customers across challenging queries to deliver service excellence.
• Knowledge of current Rescode, Australian Standards, and BCA is preferred.

Maintenance and Warranties Supervisor - South

Join our Home Assurance team as Home Assurance & QA Inspector, (often referred to as a Maintenance & Warranty Supervisor) as Plantation Homes continues to deliver exceptional service to our New Home customers.

This role is designed to supervise maintenance and warranty work carried out by subcontractors and suppliers to clients' homes.

We have a role available covering the Brisbane Central run – Rochedale to City. This is a permanent, full time opportunity where you'll be provided with a fully maintained vehicle, iPad & phone.

About the Role

Reporting to our Home Assurance Manager, you will leverage your extensive experience in the building industry to oversee the quality assurance stage of the building process, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and materials are maintained to provide warranty and maintenance services for our new home customers.

Main responsibilities include

• Directly resolving new home customers' concerns and issues in a professional manner.
• Ensuring all maintenance and warranty work is completed to Plantation’s quality standards.
