• Experience in an administration role within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain asset master records and support accurate data management across systems.
• Manage daily fuel and oil reconciliations, timesheet administration, and purchase orders.
• Compile monthly plant reports and maintenance documentation.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager and broader team with administrative tasks.
• Support end-of-month reporting deadlines.
