CBRE is seeking a Mail Services Coordinator in Perth to support basic mailroom operations within a corporate environment. The role focuses on delivering mail and packages, managing postage, and aiding customers with straightforward inquiries.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Office Operations function, delivering mail runs, replenishing supplies, and raising Service-now tickets for ad-hoc requests, under close supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage basic mailroom operations and mail delivery within the corporate environment.
• Deliver mail and packages to assigned groups or locations per daily schedule.
• Ensure outgoing mail and packages have correct postage and identification.
• Check and replenish mail and postage supplies daily.
• Raise tickets for Ad-Hoc requests via Service-now.
• Deliver mail run between floor pigeonholes and reception.
