Job summary

Omni Packaging Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to join our NSW team in Ingleburn. You will perform preventative maintenance, service packaging equipment, and provide technical support across customer sites.

You will diagnose faults, set up equipment, and deliver detailed service reports with a focus on safety and quality. A strong customer‑facing orientation and ability to work both independently and with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventative maintenance or similar role.

Omni Group is seeking a hands-on and motivated Service Technician to join our growing NSW team. This role is focused on preventative maintenance, servicing, and technical support of packaging equipment across customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sites

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs (onsite and in workshop)

Set up and test new and returned equipment

Complete detailed service reports within 24 hours

Identify follow-up work and prepare quotations

Provide clear and professional communication to customers

Success in this role looks like:

Up to 15 services completed per week

Timely and accurate service reporting

Strong customer relationships and satisfaction

Identification of additional service opportunities

Skills & Experience:

Experience in preventative maintenance or similar role

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and in a team

High attention to detail

Requirements:

Physically fit and reliable

Limited electrical license(preferred but not required)
