Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking Production Operators to join a dynamic steel manufacturing facility in South-West Sydney. You will learn and operate steel production equipment, perform quality checks and support maintenance tasks to keep line production running smoothly.

We offer day and afternoon shifts, early finish on Friday, and opportunities for training, upskilling, and long-term progression within a thriving steel manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling duties.
• Experience in an industrial, steel or manufacturing environment.
• Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and good tenure in previous roles.
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and police checks.
