Responsibilities

• Operate roto moulding and extrusion machinery safely and efficiently.

• Complete production and quality records accurately.
• Keep work area clean, organised and safe.
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Roto Mould & Extruder Operator to join our manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role operating modern roto moulding and extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products. You'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Whether you already have experience in plastics manufacturing or come from a general production and machinery operating background, we'd like to hear from you.

• Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoon Shift (Monday to Thursday)

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating roto moulding and extrusion machinery safely and efficiently
• Setting up and monitoring equipment to meet production targets
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Identifying and reporting equipment or production issues
• Following production schedules, work instructions and safety procedures
• Completing production and quality records accurately
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
• Working closely with your teammates to meet daily production goals

Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment

• Ability to follow established processes and procedures

• Right to work in Australia

Desirable but not essential

• Experience in roto moulding, plastic extrusion or plastics manufacturing
• Experience working in the plastics, polymer or FMCG industries
• Trade qualifications or a process manufacturing background
