Job summary

Transcend Workforce is recruiting reliable Machine Operators for a busy steel reinforcement manufacturer in Truganina, VIC. The role involves operating steel cutting and bending machines, assisting with reinforcing steel and mesh production, and performing general production duties.

Hours include training 6:00am-2:30pm or afternoon shift 2:30pm-11:00pm, 40 hours per week, with paid RDO once per month. Applicants must have previous machine operating experience and full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience.
Steel or metal processing experience is preferred.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
Able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

Operate steel cutting and bending machines.
Assist with reinforcing steel and mesh production.
Complete general production duties.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
