Job summary

Balance Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a MAC Support Engineer to provide Level 1-2 support for key clients, demanding polish and professionalism in client interfacing. Must have JAMF mastery and experience with Google and Windows environments. Up to AUD 120K base plus super.

Design, implement and support secure enterprise-grade cloud solutions while maintaining excellent service levels and effective communication with stakeholders. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• MacOS, iOS and Windows client applications experience.
• MacMDM with JAMF expertise.
• Networking: Firewalls, IPSec, VPNs.
• Google Workspace administration and Microsoft 365 basics.
• Cloud backups and management.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
