A leading Australian digital innovator in Canberra is seeking an experienced M365 Copilot Engineer to directly support senior executives in a high-impact role. You will deliver hands-on support for Microsoft 365 Copilot, enhance productivity, and mentor ICT team members. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Microsoft 365 and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and communication skills. This role is part of a significant national pilot project to integrate AI capabilities in the public sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with Microsoft 365, ideally in a government or large enterprise setting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI productivity tools.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level technical support with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, white-glove Copilot support to senior executives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Copilot.
• Mentor ICT support teams to handle Copilot-related issues independently.
