Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead evaluation and rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI technologies within a Sydney bank. The role focuses on secure deployment, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, privacy, and architecture teams.

You will drive end-to-end feature delivery, risk assessments, and operational readiness while contributing to automation and scripting to streamline delivery across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI technologies, notably Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT/OpenAI.
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise tech changes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security controls including DLP and privacy.
• Ability translate business requirements into technical assessments.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management, DevOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI features for user impact, data flows, privacy, and DLP.
• Test capabilities in enterprise environment and document findings.
• Manage end-to-end feature delivery, including risk assessments and rollout.
• Maintain governance records of technical findings and decisions.
• Troubleshoot Copilot and AI platform issues; support incidents.
• Contribute to automation using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Graph and scripting.
• Collaborate with security, risk, privacy, and architecture teams.
• Work with change management on playbooks and user guides.
• Identify improvements to delivery and support processes.
