Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium environment.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work across retail trading hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine client relationships and deliver world-class service to drive loyalty and sales.
• Contribute to boutique sales targets through product expertise and upselling.
• Support client and VIP database maintenance with personalised follow-up.
• Develop understanding of OMEGA heritage, collections and watchmaking excellence.
• Maintain boutique presentation to reflect luxury positioning and assist with stock and visual merchandising.
