Job summary

Bulgari Sydney flagship boutique is seeking a proactive Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional client journey and drive sales in High Jewellery, High Watches, and High End collections.

As Brand Ambassador, you will welcome clients, offer customized product advice, manage CRM-driven relationships, and uphold boutique standards while collaborating with a dynamic team to exceed store targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury jewellery.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive sales.
• Experience in high-end retail or luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for High Jewellery (HJ), High Watches (HEW) & High End (HE) sales overall.
• Welcome all clients entering the store and provide extraordinary service.
• Understand client’s needs and provide customized advice, guiding them through product discovery and the full sales process.
• Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets and service KPIs by maximizing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues as part of a dedicated and dynamic team, delivering excellence at every touchpoint.
• Comply with WHS policies, procedures and Bulgari programs.
• Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients in CRM to foster loyalty.
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and ensure after-sales services are properly handled.
• Demonstrate passion and empathy for all clients and nurture client relationships.
