Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to elevate the client experience across the ANZ market, with a focus on Sydney and Queensland. Translate campaigns and in-store activations into compelling retail experiences and collaborate with retail teams to maintain visual standards.

You will drive in-store activations, track campaign effectiveness, and support events with floor plans and product selection. Strong organizational skills and CAD drawing ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, flowers.
• Vendor and project management experience.
• Previous experience with CAD drawing skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum
• Drive visual merchandising results with a particular focus on in store activations and events
• Tracking and sharing the effectiveness of creative campaigns
• Monitor the visual standards of all stores during events and activations
• Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection
