Based at Chatswood, you will translate global directives into in-store actions, partner with Operations leadership, and drive exceptional customer experiences through elevated merchandising standards and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising leadership within luxury or premium retail.
• Strong eye for detail in product presentation and store environments.
• Confidence executing global or head-office visual directives.

Responsibilities

• Execute global visual directives across the store.
• Maintain elevated visual standards and collection presentation.
• Translate global guidelines into effective in-store execution.
• Lead and develop the Visual team, including the Visual Lead.
• Partner with Operations leadership on workload and priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales & Service to support the customer experience.
• Use business performance and product data to inform execution.
• Maintain consistency across merchandising and store standards.
• Adapt visual workload to changing business needs.
