Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Sydney is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to translate campaigns and events into compelling in-store experiences. You will partner with retail teams across ANZ to elevate client presentation and drive activations.

The ideal candidate has 3 years in merchandising or visual display, CAD drawing skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities, with knowledge of luxury retail standards and local vendor sources.

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising, visual display, styling or related experience.
• Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies, props and furniture.
• Vendor and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum.
• Drive visual merchandising results with a focus on in-store activations and events.
• Tracking and sharing the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
• Monitor the visual standards of all stores during events and activations.
• Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection.
