Job summary

Hermès Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Associate for the Pacific Fair store in Queensland. The role supports the Team Leaders and Store Manager to deliver Hermès service standards, daily operations and back-of-house tasks while maintaining the store image and ambience for every client.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer-service background, a passion for luxury products and be able to work a 7-day roster including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or sales roles.
• Experience in a luxury environment is advantageous.
• Excellent relationship development and communication skills.
• Able to work a 7-day roster including weekends.
• Strong presentation and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leaders and Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Provide exceptional client experience to all clients in Hermès standards.
• Support back-of-house duties and stock handling as required.
• Maintain store environment, image and visual merchandising.
• Capture accurate client details via POS and CRM systems.
