Hermès Australia is seeking a Sales Associate to support Team Leaders and the Store Manager in daily store operations while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will help maintain the store image, assist with back-of-house tasks, and ensure adherence to Hermès standards.

Qualifications

• Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
• Strong background in customer service and/or sales, luxury environment advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leaders and Store Manager in daily store operations and back-of-house duties.
• Provide exceptional client experience in line with Hermès standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping of retail floor areas.
• Participate in stock handling, counts and cycle counts.
• Share knowledge on new product launches and care of Hermès métiers.
