Job summary

Hermès Australia is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional client experience in a luxury environment. You will assist in stock, merchandising, and daily activities while upholding Hermès standards and ambience.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service or sales, a polished presentation, and the ability to work a 7-day roster including weekends. Knowledge of product launches and aftersales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and back-of-house duties.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Hermès standards.
• Assist in stock duties, visual merchandising, and stock takes.
• Maintain store image and environment; ensure tidy BOH stock areas.
• Share expertise on métier performance and product launches with the team.
• Provide a proactive ambassador role and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
