• Strong background in customer service and/or sales.
• Experience in a luxury retail environment is advantageous.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily store operations and back-of-house duties as part of the Hermès team.
• Provide exceptional client experience in line with company guidelines.
• Support stock duties, merchandising, cycle counts and stock takes.
